Charlie Chaplin London Walking Tour with his Grandchildren, Kiera and Spencer Chaplin

Описание к видео Charlie Chaplin London Walking Tour with his Grandchildren, Kiera and Spencer Chaplin

This is a beautiful Walking Tour of Charlie Chaplin's London including the places he grew up and which inspired his films. His grandchildren Spencer and Kiera Chaplin join Joolz on this lovely nostalgic and moving walk through Kennington, Oval. Lambeth and the West End.

Born in 1889, Charlie Chaplin was the son of vaudeville music hall entertainers Charles Chaplin Senior and Hannah Chaplin but soon found himself on the stage aged just 5.
Charlie endured extreme poverty while his mother was put into a lunatic asylum and he was sent to the workhouse.

It's lovely re-tracing the steps of Charlie Chaplin's childhood over 100 years later with his grandchildren and hearing about their lives too. The affection for Charlie Chaplin is still as great today as it was then as he has become one of the most loved figures from the golden age of Hollywood.
