It is a mono-blue deck that is centered around the rarely seen 3-card combo of Sea Kings' Blessing, Riptide and Siren's Call that essentially lets you do a one-sided instant Wrath of God for three mana. It also has some walls and a milling plan in case our Walking Walls and Mishra's Factories are not sufficient.
