Accepting help from others…

Have you found yourself needing support in raising your children, but feeling uneasy about asking for it?

We hesitate to make simple requests, such as asking for a friend to pick up our child from school, or asking a grandparent to babysit. These blocks are often within us.

I describe here the two main reasons for this - they used to stop me, when my kids were young and I keep seeing these barriers occur in action in my clinic.
