This is a 2011 Audi S4, which is also known as the Audi B8. The previous Audi B7 employed a 4.2l V8. The B8 variant has a supercharged 3.0l V6. Power is about 330hp and propelled via seven speed dual clutch auto or six speed manual gearbox. Overall, you'll find rave reviews by Audi owners and their S4s. Although it's not inexpensive to own by any means, it's simply the way this vehicle makes you feel. This may be the highest mileage Audi S4 on YouTube and it certainly needs some maintenance ASAP.
