DOGS NEED BEAUTY SLEEP
(and here's why)

Just like us...

They need to recharge.
They need time to heal.
They need to mentally switch off.
They need to sign out of a hectic world.

And what happens if they don't get their precious beauty sleep?

Just like us...

📝 They get cranky
📝 They become irritable
📝 They develop a short fuse
📝 They start becoming anxious

So as owners, we need to ensure that they get a sufficient amount of sleep.

That means:

❌ Not playing with them 24/7
❌ Not giving them constant attention
❌ Not giving them constant affection
❌ Not letting them burn themselves out

It's our responsibility to ensure they get what they need.

So audit your dog's sleeping pattern,

and ensure they're getting at least:

12-14 hours a day for adults
16-20 hours a day for puppies

P.S. This is my boy Force, snoring like a big man that worked all day 😂
