Why are people moving to Delray Beach? The obvious answer is that—beyond the beaches—we have a subtropical climate here. Our average temperature in the wintertime ranges from 74 to 84 degrees. In the summertime, these temps range from 84 to 95 degrees. While we do get an occasional summer thunderstorm, it usually comes and goes, with the sun coming back out and the birds back to their chirping.
Delray Beach is a beautiful place to live and a beautiful way to live. With over 300 sunny days a year, people are drawn to the area to enjoy the pleasant weather.
