In this viddy I chat through my experience with hair loss after coming off the hormonal contraceptive pill which I had been on since I was 15. I want to share this unnerving journey with you as I feel we don't hear much about these topics from our doctors, and would love to hear any advice/tips/tricks you have too! Also a little snippet in to my Portugal trip with Elliot - we had such a fun time and needed it badly after spending all the lockdowns in our flat in London.
