In this video, Dr. Susan is back to get another bodywork session to help alleviate some of the pain she's experiencing on her body due to her specifically plantar fasciitis. This part of her session a lot on her lower leg including her calves, and specifically her foot to help her with the plantar fasciitis issues, We worked through a lot of the muscles to get all the tightness and pain alleviated. We utilized graston technique, massage therapy, and cupping to get her better.
