Ring Sling Back Carry with a Twist (with a Sleeping Baby)

Learn how to nurse your baby to sleep in a ring sling and then transfer baby to a back carry, without waking her up! So you can do what you need to do while your baby naps on you. I did this SLOWWLY. The video is sped up 2x.

This carry is suitable for baby's who are able to sit independently. If baby is awake, it is best for compliant babies who aren't super squirmy. This is an advanced carry and you should be experienced using a ring sling before using a ring sling on your back.
