Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court's decision to uphold Kejriwal's arrest by the ED, citing evidence in the liquor scam case, has dealt a significant blow to the CM. Kejriwal's plea in the top court is expected to be heard on Monday, adding to the mounting legal battles faced by the embattled CM and his government.
