EASY FUDGY BROWNIES | RESEPI BROWNIES MUDAH | MCORecipes

Hi everyone! How are you holding in so far? Guess I'm guilty and a little late with my uploads. Here's our family's simple/basic fudgy brownies recipe that you can alter by adding more chocolate chunks or semi sweet chocolate chips to make it extra extraaaaa fudgy! I will list down the ingredients for this video down below in both English and Malay. Thank you and do leave a comment and I will respond as soon as I can.

Ingredients for Basic Fudgy Brownies/Bahan-bahan untuk Brownies:
✧1 cup castor sugar/gula halus (you may use brown sugar to make it crinkly/boleh guna gula perang untuk effect lebih kedut)
✧2 whole eggs/telur putih+kuning
✧100g unsweetened or extra dark chocolate (ritter sport)/coklat gelap
✧100g butter/mentega
✧2 tbsp nutella
✧2 tsp vanilla extract/ekstrak vanila
✧1+1/2 cup cake flour/tepung kek
✧6 tbsp cocoa powder/serbuk koko
✧1 tsp salt/garam
✧1 tsp coffee powder/serbuk kopi

side note: tbh the brownies will taste better the next day @ few hours later when the flavor develops even more rather than tasting instantly when it's hot/sejujurnya brownies akan lebih enak atau sedap jika dibiar sehingga hari seterusnya @ beberapa jam untuk rasa yang lebih flavorful :)
