Pulmonary Stenosis (aka Pulmonic Stenosis) - Heart Sounds - MEDZCOOL

The sound of pulmonic stenosis is often described as a harsh crescendo-decrescendo mid-systolic sound, often accompanied by a systolic ejection click. You may also hear a split S2, which is caused by prolonged
pulmonic ejection leading to a
delayed P2 sound.
