This is Oba Femi’s WWE debut. Oba made his debut in November 2022 on NXT Level Up against Dante Chen. Chen hit Oba with a Double Palm Strike and he went down on one knee. Chen hit him with the second and he kicked out. Then he hit him with the third to win the match. A month later, Oba and Bryson Montana faced Bronco Nima and Lucien Price. Nima and Price double teamed Bryson to win the match. Two weeks later, he faced Von Wagner. Wagner slammed Oba to the mat to win the match. Three weeks later, Oba faced Javier Bernal. Javier went for Oba’s eyes, pushed him into the ropes, rolled him up and pinned him to win the match. Two weeks later, he faced Xyon Quinn. Quinn hit Oba with a Forearm Smash to win the match. Oba disappeared for two months until he got a video package that would hype his NXT debut. Two weeks later, he appeared in another video package that would announce his debut. A week later at Spring Breakin’, Oba made his NXT debut against Oro Mensah. Mensah caught Oba with a kick and he kicked out. Mensah kicked Oba in the back, who then got angry, pushed Mensah into the ropes and caught him with a forearm. Then Oba hit him with the pop-up powerbomb to win the match.
