GWENT | MOVEMENT HARMONY IS TIER 1 IN 11.3

I believe that movement harmony is Scoia'tael's strongest and most consistent deck in 11.3. If you're looking to climb to pro rank and beyond, this is definitely what you'd want to play. The only real shortcoming I found was draw consistency which is why I have Cursed Scroll for the stratagem.
