In honor of the eclipse this weekend, it seems only right to share my conversation with A.J. from Casey Jones Distillery. The are right in the path of the Eclipse and they were also in the path in 2017. That year, they decided to distill moonshine and age it for 7 years until the next eclipse. We'll do a tasting and talk about square moonshine stills, A.J.'s move from moonshiner to legal distiller, and the Stateline Whiskey Tour. Enjoy!
