In this video, you will learn how to move multiple Google Chrome profiles from one computer to another. It's not a big deal if you have just one default profile and you have sync on, but what do you do if you have 10 to 20 or even more profiles that you use.

Here are the steps that you will need to take:

On the computer that has the Chrome profiles that you want to move:
1. Copy the “User Data” folder found in this path to a jump drive:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\
(Note: This could take awhile if you have a lot of profiles!)

2. Export this registry key to the same jump drive:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Chrome\PreferenceMACs]

3. Take the jump drive from the old computer and put it into the new
computer.

On the computer that you are moving the Chrome profiles to:
1. Make sure all Chrome browser windows are closed and chrome.exe is
not running
2. Copy the “User Data” folder from your portable media to
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\
3. Double-click the registry key that you saved to your jump drive.
4. Open Chrome, and you’ll find your profiles are all there, complete with all
of the Chrome Extensions.
