It's made from honey! Mead, that is. Mead is one of, if not the oldest fermented alcoholic beverages. This is a simple recipe for a traditional mead made with Australian Red Bottlebrush honey. We also used a new method to stop fermentation and keep a sweet finished mead. Thanks for watching.

1/2 package Lalvin 71B Yeast
96 oz (2.839 liters) Water
