Recipe:
15 minute Chicken Curry
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:
800g chicken
1 cup yoghurt
½ cup tomato puree
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
3 -4 green chilis
1 + ½ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp chicken masala
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp pepper powder
3-4 tbsp oil
2 bay leaves
2 black cardamoms
3-4 cloves
2” cinnamon stick
½ mace
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Salt ot taste

Method:
Mix the powdered spices, ginger garlic paste with the yoghurt and blend well.
Add washed chicken to the yoghurt mixture and mix well.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add the whole spices and allow to splutter.
Add the chicken and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomato puree, slit green chilies and mix well. Pressure cook for 1 whistle and allow the steam to release on its own.
Add the cream, crushed kasuri methi, ketchup and mix well. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Garnish with Kasuri Methi and serve.
