3D Gaming With $200 Celeron J4105 Mini PC? Is This Really Possible?

I bought this PC for my parents to have something small and quiet, but still with enough power for office applications and browsing and I was definitely not disappointed. Windows 10 Pro setup was easy in about 10 minutes and even after installing chrome browser and a few other things, there was still about 35 GB left for user data and other programs, but I will definitely add a hdd or ssd for extra storage. Slot is easy to open to insert a HDD with just two simple screws (I had it open to check).
Pre installed Windows is Windows 10 Pro (64 Bit) with the latest edition and Intel Celeron J4105 Processor architecture is also 64 bit and hence a perfect match.
While browsing or office work the PC was absolutely quiet and only with heavy load (e.g. 3D flight simulator or gaming the fan turned on, but was still very quiet. PC never got hot - just a little warm. Hence no throttling because of heat.
I run a benchmark test (s. video) and it said that the configuration beats 70% of similar computers. Looks they have done a good job configuring this pc.
Power consumption was around 3W when idle and around 10w during normal work and up to 20w with gaming. I like the 3W low power mode and hence considering to buy another one as file-server (to replace my old NAS), internet server and for security camera streaming.
I'm very happy with the processing power, which is definitely enough for multi-tab browsing, office work and even some 3D gaming.
