This past year has been challenging, running around to find the perfect, high-standard flying solution for our students. My mission was simple: I wasn't satisfied with the quality of flying experience available, so I decided TCA must create its own end-to-end chain—from admission to the airline cockpit.
Why This is a Game-Changer for TCA Aviators:
Own Airstrip & Flying Club: Our Seeker's Airstrip is ready! We've brought in the entire brigade—Chief of Flight Safety, Operations, CFI, Engineering—to design a world-class training environment.
The Complete Chain: We're not stopping at ground classes and DGCA exams. We are building a complete path to the cockpit, bringing in airline recruiters, Flight Safety Chiefs, and aviation Dhurandhars into the TCA team. The goal is a Job Guarantee and a clear direction for every single aviator.
You Are Our Priority: This entire project is dedicated to the TCA Family. I promise the first and biggest benefits of this flying club will go to our aviators. You no longer have to worry about flying standards or directionless training.
