This is the first Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Nicosia, and I was quite intrigued what kind of foods they are serving. So basically it's a very small place, just a minute walk from the bus station.
Since I don't know much about Vietnamese cuisine, I decided to go to a simple food. So I ordered the "Vermicelli with beef". It is a bit disappointing because the vermicelli is very dry, the beef is a bit chewy, it's garnished with coriander, romaine lettuce, cucumber and the sauce is made of fish sauce (patis), with slices of chilli and garlice, and it's a bit sweet.
Because it did not look so appetizing and there's no flavour at all, I decided to ask for a broth to put in it! And so it became a vermicelli soup!
At €7.50, it is a bit pricey for what it was!
