Riverwood Has Walls is a brand new Skyrim overhaul for the town of Riverwood. It replaces all the buildings with beautiful wooden versions, giving the whole place a fresh, cozy look. The most noticeable change is the overhaul of the lumber mill area, which now really shows how important the lumber trade is to the town.

It also adds a few new structures and decorates a bunch of spots around Riverwood to make it feel more alive. One of the coolest parts is how the walls get built. After you talk to Jarl Balgruuf and he agrees to send guards to protect Riverwood, you'll start to see piles of logs and planks showing up around town.

Pretty soon, the foundations for guard towers and town gates start getting built. As time goes on, the towers and walls slowly come together until Riverwood turns into one of the safest and coziest places to live in all of Skyrim!
