Hello Everyone, today's Video will be on Chandler Fashion Center located in Chandler,AZ.

Chandler Fashion is the 2nd largest mall in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, is 1,300,000 Sq Ft, & has easy access from Loop 101 & Loop 202. The current owners of this Center is Macerich, who seems to have taken very good care of this mall as its not dead by any means, and probably won't be for a long while.

History:
Chandler Fashion first opened on October 19th, 2001 with Nordstrom, Sears, Dillards, & Robinson May as the main anchors. It's worth mentioning that Arizona's first Apple Store also opened here in Chandler and is still here today. Robinsons May in 2006 rebranded into Macy's when they bought the brand. In January 2019, Sears Closed their Chandler Fashion Store, along with 4 other ones in the state of Arizona. In 2019, the 5th ever Crayola Experience In the US opens inside a former Gap Store. In June 2020, Nordstrom announced the Sudden closing of 16 stores, including the Chandler location, it was likely due to Covid 19. That left the State of Arizona with only one full line Nordstrom left, located in Scottsdale Fashion Square. In May 2021, sporting goods retailer Scheels, announced plans to move into the former Nordstrom space, making the future Store the first in AZ. The Store is currently under construction and will open in Fall 2023.
