Taken from aboard the Herbert C Jackson here is our approach to the MacArthur Lock in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan where my friend Roger LeLievre and I would disembark the ship after hopping on here two evenings before before. A whirlwind trip to Marquette, Michigan and the LS&I Ore Dock to load ore which the ship brought down to Detroit after dropping us back off here at home. I am very fortunate to be involved in this industry and receive opportunities like this and I am so thankful to Captain Feinman for this chance to ride along for a day and a half... it was a real treat
