2 Ibs top sirloin, thinly sliced/butterflied & pounded
6-7 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 sour orange
4 tbsp olive oil
2 yellow onions, sliced

1 Cuban loaf of bread
1 tsp mayo
Shoestring fries

Marinate meat for at least 30 minutes with all the ingredients above. In a pan on medium high heat, cook steak for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and lower the heat to medium. Add in sliced onions and cook until slightly caramelized and translucent (5-7 minutes).
