GRACE GRACE GRACE!! We all need some grace! The NICU and having a hard delivery taught me that more than anything. And the long recovery after having acute preeclampsia paired with a baby born with gastroschisis has shown me that we also have to extend grace to ourselves.

Traumatic deliveries are not to be overlooked. If you have experienced a hard birth, in any way, I hope you find a warm hug from me in this video. It was my 4th baby and by far one of the most traumatic things in my life. It took nearly a year for the dust to settle and for me to realize how much it affected me. Reach out to friends or go to counseling. Take care of you! You matter too!
