To Create Partition in Pendrive / Pen drive / flash drive / USB Drive, follow these simple steps:
Open Disk Management then format the pen drive as shown in this video. Now, right click on the unallocated volume, click “New Simple Volume”. In the opening window, click next, then in the next window, enter the size of the first partition you are going to create. Please note that you have to enter the storage volume size in MB format. (For example: for 7gb you have to enter 7000mb.). Then click ‘next’, then ‘next’. Then remove the volume label if you think so and then click ‘next’. Then click “Finish”.
Now, in the Disk Management window, right click on the remaining storage volume in your USB, then click “New Simple Volume”, click next, leave the volume size there as it is if you think to create only one more partition. (Otherwise enter size of the next partition). Then click next, next, and “finish”. Close all the windows.
