Want to build strength, improve balance, and feel more confident on your feet—fast? This seated and standing senior fitness workout is designed to help you do just that. With no floor work and clear instructions, this class targets your core, legs, and posture using functional moves that support everyday activities. Whether you're just starting out or looking to stay strong, this workout keeps you moving, motivated, and progressing at your own pace.

🧰 What You’ll Need
• A sturdy chair
• A small ball or cushion
• An optional booty band
• Light dumbbells or soup cans
• Water bottle

🏋️‍♀️ List of Exercises
1. Seated Pressing on Ball
• Press on ball with crunch or rotation
• Lift opposite leg to engage core
• Add rotation & crunch
• Roll ball away / hinge back / crunch

2. Seated to Standing Upper Body Strength
• Shoulder Press to Squat
• Row & Hinge Combos
• Bicep Curl to Squat
• Triceps Kickbacks with Squat + Hinge

3. Shiva Single Leg Squats (Chair Support)
• Toe taps (back, side, forward)
• Knee bends with controlled tap & chest forward
4. Hips & Leg Strength (Booty Band or Bodyweight)
• X-Leg Lifts
• X-Leg with Sidestep
