Tartaglia / Childe is completely broken and does an insane amount of Damage. He is an absolutely amazing Carry Character, easily on par with Diluc, Klee and Keqing. His gameplay is very different, and requires you to learn how to shuffle stances and utilize the maximum potential of your party members, but when played correctly, the Melee Stance Cooldown will not be a problem, as he is also an incredibly Strong Archer character. He has one of the fastest attack speeds in the game and some of the best scaling as well, and will quickly rise to the top of any tier list for the DPS role.
