Hooters really is a good addition to Bangkok's Nana Soi 4. If you’re into watching sport on TV then they have plenty of screens scattered around the bar. The music wasn't too loud the night I took these pictures. A few days later when walking past, I noticed they had cranked it up a few decibels. This is normal for bars within Nana Soi 4 but it’s a bit distracting if you planned watching a game on the TV.
The food looked pretty decent as do the prices for a bottle of Singha beer at 140฿ and Heineken at 150฿. If you have been to Soi 4 Nana in the past then you might recognize that Hooters has taken over the spot left by the now dead and buried Golden Bar.

You can see by the pictures that the management have recruited well. Hooters looks modern inside compared to many other establishments within Sukhumvit Soi 4 Nana, they really have set a high standard that should ensure that customers will keep on coming back.
Hooters have a mechanical bull where if you can stay on for 30 sec’s then you get a free beer. So far I haven't witnessed one customer stay on until the end, the closest was around 27 sec’s. The last 10 sec’s is where they really crank it up.

As I said I haven't seen one of the customers stay on the bull but I have been lucky enough to have seen one of the Hooters waitresses (pic below) jump on and prove it can be done. It doesn't help that by the time most people build up the courage to have a go that they are already half pissed.
If you are into people watching then just sit along the railing as you get a good view of the entrance to Nana Plaza and the freelancers standing out front the Nana Hotel carpark. Hooters is a great addition to Nana Soi 4 and you couldn't ask for a better location, especially if you’re planning on spending most of your vacation within Soi 4 & Nana Plaza.
