There has been more volatility on the markets as oil producers prepare to meet in Algeria. They will discuss measures to tackle the supply glut that's caused oil prices to drop by more than 50 percent in the past two years. A deal to cut production doesn't look likely. But there is pressure coming from the leaders of many oil-producing countries that need higher prices to pay their bills.
