Assalamualaikum.. kali ini aku mau bikin kue soes dengan 4 varian rasa.. ini isiannya tu diplomat cream ya, diplomat cream ini terbentuk dari adonan vla yg di campur dengan cream.. teksturnya lembut, creamy, mirip makan ice cream..
Yg paling ak suka tekstur kulit soesnya tu bener2 kokoh mengembang, tapi lembut.. ini kulit soes andalan aku sih.. cobain ya..

125 g margarin
15 g gula pasir
100 g susu cair
150 g air
100 g tepung terigu pro tinggi
60 g tepung terigu pro sedang
5 butir telur utuh (270 g)

Vla Vanilla
110 g maizena
120 g gula pasir

40 g butter
1 sdt garam
Setelah dibuat, berat totalnya kira2 1400ng, bagi jadi 4 bagian @350 g

DIPLOMAT CREAM
Rasa vanilla
350 g vla vanilla + 100 g whip cream cair + 2 sdm white chocolate leleh
Rasa strawberry
350 g vla vanilla + 100 g whip cream cair + 2 sdm white chocolate leleh +
perisa strawberry + 50 g selai strawberry jam
Rasa pistacio
350 g vla vanilla + 100 g whip cream cair + 2 sdm white chocolate leleh +
pewarna hijau + 50 g kacang pistacio giling
Rasa coklat
350 g vla vanilla + 100 g whip cream cair + 50 g coklat leleh + perisa dark
coklat

Topping
Vanilla : 50 g White chocolate leleh +
1 sdm minyak sayur
Strawberry : 50 g White chocolate leleh +
1 sdm minyak sayur + sedikit perisa strawberry
Pistacio: 50 g White chocolate leleh +
1 sdm minyak sayur + sedikit pewarna hijau
