Serendipity .......... On a cold and clear February 2nd, 2023, I was walking my dogs on the Great Allegheny Passage when I heard a steam whistle in the distance. A group had chartered the 1309 for a Photo Special to Frostburg. In this video the 1309 is waiting at Trimble Road for the passenger train to proceed west before heading to Frostburg.
