Koenigsegg Regera - Start Up & Accelerations !

This video features two Koenigsegg Regera's which we saw in Monaco during the summer of 2021 and 2019. The Regera is a limited production, plug-in hybrid hypercar. Only 80 car will be manufactured, all of which have been sold. It has a 5.0L Twin Turbo V8 producing 1100HP together with the electric motors for a combined power output of 1500HP and 2000Nm of torque. What's also unique about this car is the single-gear direct drive system which replaces the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. This is to compensate for the extra weight of the 3 electric motors. In this video you can listen to the awesome V8 sound that this car produces !
