Synopsis - Khabardar is the perfect combination of thrill and humor. The movie opens with the news of the imprisonment of Anna Chimbori - Vinay Apte, a famous hoodlum. Bharat Bhalerao - Bharat Jadhav is a well respected reporter of the daily Khabardaar, which promises to bring news to readers faster than any speedy news channel. Gauri Shringarpure - Nirmiti Sawant is the editor and proprietress of the same newspaper. Maruti Kamble - Sanjay Narvekar is a hard working truck driver who could hardly meet the necessities of his family.Maruti unexpectedly becomes an eyewitness to the nexus between politics and crime world. Gauri now wants Marutis interview on the front page of her newspaper. On the other hand, Maruti is striving hard to save himself. How will Bharat help in exposing the truth?
