If your Agent can’t access your uploaded documents, make sure:
The *Agent user profile* has permission to the **Data Cloud and Data Library objects**.
The *Agent’s Data Access Policy* includes the relevant Data Library Source.
The *Knowledge Source status* is *Active* in the Data Library page.
Rerun the *Metadata Synchronization* in Agentforce Setup.
