Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island, is home to the world's largest Chum Salmon fishery. We spent a few weeks on the island enjoy its sights, fishing, wildlife, and culture. A highlight of the trip was participating in the Chum Salmon fishery on the northern and eastern coasts of the island.
