Do you consider yourself to be a leader?

I know most people would only think of themselves as a leader if they have people reporting to them.

At Your LifePath, we challenge this view.

In fact we believe that anyone can be a leader!

Because it’s more about your mindset than it is about the position you hold. Arguably there are some people in “leadership” positions who lack the mindset to be called true leaders.

The good thing, is we can cultivate our minds. We can grow our self-awareness, address our blind spots and our biases. In so doing, become better leaders.

A leadership mindset is one that is built on influencing others, motivating, inspiring and encouraging growth in others. It’s one that is built on openness to change, new ideas and perspectives. Also one that requires you to be continuously learning to remain relevant and humble that all is not “known”.

So the REAL QUESTIONS to ask yourself are:

1️⃣ What do YOU believe about yourself?
2️⃣ Do you have a leadership mindset?
3️⃣ Would you like to adopt a leadership mindset?
4️⃣ Do you see this as a critical step for you in ascending to higher levels of responsibility?

If you’ve answered yes to any of these. Yay you! 👏🏽👏🏽 You are likely on your way to bigger and better achievements in your personal and work life because of the mindset you have.
