In this video, I show how I photographed Neptune using only an iPhone and a tripod—no telescope required.
I captured seven 30-second exposures, stacked them, and removed light pollution using Sequator. To identify Neptune in the star field, I used Stellarium to match the sky simulation with the final image. Because of their close proximity in the sky, Saturn also appears in the image, providing a helpful reference point.
