Continuing our tour in St. Catherine parish and we make our second feature of the most elaborate housing development in the parish. Welcome to Caymanas Country Club Estates!! A secluded private and gated community which provides peace of mind for its residences.

This Two-phased development first became available in October 2013 with many homeowners singing praises as to the location, designs and the level of security this development provides. In this video, we shift our focus on Phase 2 and showcase all the amenities on offering and give close-up aerial shots of the homes within.

This area is located in close proximity to major towns such as the parish capital of Spanish Town and is only just about 20km from Half Way Tree in Kingston. This housing development is nestled in the lush valley with a mountainous backdrop and lies adjacent a section of Highway 2000 and it has a vast amount of greenery surrounding the area.
