"So I've been to a previous Metro Council meeting where I tried to raise these same questions, came here again when the Boring Company was there, asked a lot of them again, still did not get any questions. The only response we got after a council member pressured them to commit to answering those questions, they didn't really commit. They just said, 'Oh yeah, we're ADA compliant. We really care about inclusivity, and we'll try our best to review the questions and get back to you,' which is not a commitment, it's evasive. And if they are ADA compliant, that's great. I mean, that what we watch, right? But tell us, like, how are you ADA compliant?"

"Lithium ion battery fires obviously are a very scary thing. Their incidence and potential for happening in our tunnel system is very low. I am certainly not going to be the world's expert on it. And I may defer to Nick if I don't answer this completely, but in general, most of those happen in instances of charging incidents in which the cars are not in a charging function and in incidents of head-on collisions. Where our tunnels are single direction, you're not going to have that where you're running into a right angle or another car."
