Eccentric band training is great for strengthening the rotator cuff tendons in the early phase after injury, surgery or when there is significant weakness.

Can be rather difficult to set up, takes a bit longer to compete sets but it’s worth it. In this video I go through:

1️⃣ External Rotation (eccentric)
2️⃣ Internal Rotation (eccentric)
3️⃣ Abduction (eccentric)
