Everybody loves wings, especially me and my family members this is my favourite recipe for Honey bbq chicken wings. Also called honey garlic chicken wings are so good! In fact, it's so yummy that my baby have requested to make this several time for snacks! A beautiful snacks item or dinner meal, Sticky chicken wings with the perfect amount of sweet and saltiness full of Chinese flavours. These Chinese-style chicken wings tasted deliciously like bbq chicken wings and were cooked the fuss-free way with the honey souse.It’s really hard to believe these are diet friendly and low in points/calories!

These Honey BBQ Chicken Wings are juicy, tender and flavourful. They’re covered in a blend of spices, baked to a crispy and then tossed in the best Honey BBQ Sauce!

Ingredients

CHICKEN WINGS 700gm

½ TSPN SALT

1 TSPN CHILI POWDER

1 TSPN SOYA SAUCE

1 tsp western sauce

1 tsp tomato sauce

1/2 tsp chat masala

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp black paper

1/2 tsp chilli flex

Garlic & Ginger paste 2 tsp

MIX WELL

KEEP ASIDE

1/2 CUP FLOUR

3 TBSP CORNFLOUR

1 TSPN CHILI POWDER

SALT AS PER TASTE

½ TSPN black PEPPER POWDER

1 TSPN PAPRIKA POWDER

1 tsp mixed herb

MIX WELL

REMOVE THE EXCESS FLOUR MEDIUM HOT OIL DEEP FRY 10-12 ΜΙΝ. UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN

1 TBSP BUTTER or Ghee

Garlic cube 4 piece

1/2 cup tomato sauce

4 tbsp soya sauce

4 tbsp western sauce

½ CUP BARBECUE SAUCE

2 TBSP HONEY

1 TBSP CHILI SAUCE

SIMMER FOR 5 MIN. LOW THE FLAME

MIX WELL

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, chili powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Coat the wings in the flour evenly, shaking off any excess. Place the floured wings on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crispy and golden brown.
3. Preheat oven to 500°F.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the bbq sauce and the honey. Stir the cooked wings in the sauce and coat them evenly. Place the coated wings back onto the baking sheet and spread them in a single layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes until sauce is bubbly and caramelized. Cool, then serve!
