Strait Undercover changes that by featuring the extremely talented comedic actor (Race Eberhardt) as an undercover agent and the hero of the story. He has the guts to take the fight to the bad guys.🥷🦾💪🏽💪🏿

The script makes no mention of his differences or disabilities, breaking from the tradition of forcing actors to identify with their disability on screen.

Story Line:
A biotech company secretly housing a government contract for terminator seeds and a Nexxus robot is infiltrated by a low level USDA agent who connects telepathically with nature.☣️🧬🧑‍🔬

About The Project
We met Race through Artists Unlimited, a group that produces theater shows with casts featuring actors with disabilities. We were blown away by his good nature, go-for-it attitude and acting abilities.

Seriously, he's the nicest guy you'll ever meet!

Race was cast as a supporting actor in our TV pilot Kodeklan where we witnessed his on screen capabilities. Determined to develop a film where he will truly shine, Strait Undercover was born. The film represents the first action comedy starring a person with Down syndrome as the lead hero and with no mention of his differences.

Strait Undercover tells the story of an underdog USDA agent who dreams of doing something big with his career. He’s the only one in his department with the guts to go undercover. His “special ability” centers around his capacity to communicate with Earth’s plants, a skill he takes for granted until it ultimately saves the day.

Down syndrome is the most commonly occurring chromosomal condition. Approximately one in every 700 babies in the United States is born with Down syndrome – about 6,000 each year.

People with Down syndrome attend school, work, participate in decisions that affect them, have meaningful relationships, vote and contribute to society in many wonderful ways.

All people with Down syndrome experience cognitive delays, but the effect is usually mild to moderate and is not indicative of the many strengths and talents that each individual possesses.

One in 4 U.S. adults – 61 million Americans – have a disability that impacts major life activities, according to a report in CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.
