Let’s understand the working logic of this conveyor control system.

Step 1: First, switch ON the MCB to supply power to the circuit.

Step 2: Now, press the Start Push Button. This will energize the control circuit and make the system ready.

Step 3: When a box is detected by Sensor 1 at the start of the conveyor, the conveyor motor will automatically start running. The box will move along the conveyor.

As soon as the box reaches the end of the conveyor, Sensor 2 detects it. At this moment, the conveyor will automatically stop.

This cycle continues for every box. Remember, without pressing the Start Push Button, the sensors will not activate, and the conveyor will not run.

This ensures safe and reliable operation of the conveyor system.
