Shah ji Tawa Chicken since 1952 | Old City Food Tour | Extreme Chinese, Halwa, Tosha, Katori Chat

Join me and my local friends on an unforgettable Multan food tour filled with diverse flavors and culinary delights! Our gastronomic adventure began with a visit to a popular spot for pani puri and Katori chat, offering a perfect blend of tangy and spicy tastes.

Next, we explored an ancient naan shop in the Cantt area, where we indulged in freshly baked naans that have stood the test of time. The journey continued at the iconic Khursheed Hotel, an establishment with a rich history dating back to 1952. While the vintage architecture charmed us, the Namkeen chicken left us with a mixed taste experience.

Our palate then ventured into the world of Chinese cuisine at Dragon Wok, where Chef Sami, also the owner, delighted us with mouth-watering dishes. The 19B soup, in particular, stood out for its unique and premium flavors.

Continuing our exploration in the old city, we couldn't resist the allure of Shah Ji Tawa Chicken, a culinary gem with a legacy spanning 70 years. The flavors and traditions embedded in this dish added a cultural touch to our food journey.

To sweeten the deal, we visited Al Khair Sweets, renowned for their Sohan Halwa and an array of delectable treats. The Bombay Pateesa and Gajar ka Halwa were personal favorites, providing a perfect ending to our Multan food tour.
