Big fat turkey thighs browned with veggies in a super big #12 cast iron skillet and simmered in a homemade pan gravy over and open fire. If you love turkey legs and gravy you be licking your lips and planning for rice and gravy and yummy. I used my vintage Wagner #12 and improvised with a #14 dutch oven lid. The thighs were seasoned with Kinders "Garlic and Herb", garlic salt/pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and I used a Rice Wine vinegar for de-glazing. That's it!
