A recession or even an economic collapse are on the cards according to Ray Dalio, as the US is entering its first major economic recession since the great financial crisis of 2008. Inflation is high, a stock market crash is on the horizon, debt is at an all time high, and there is much geopolitical conflict across the world.

Because of this, Ray Dalio believes we could be at the end of a cycle, in which we see a once in a generation event take place that would cause a crash so big that many people have never experienced it in their lifetime. The current economic climate certainly looks bad, and could be worse than the great depression of the 1930s.
