The capsule applicator of Eisca Group is a dispensing and spinning monobloc.

The machine is a compact capsule application machine complete with:
1. A horizontal try or long autonomy capsule magazine loadable from low level.
2. An automatic capsule dispensing operation with angular movement for speeds up to 3000 b/h or with elliptical-rotary movement for speeds up to 8000 b/h
3. A rotary spinning turret interchangeable with thermoshrinking heads

Part of the machine is a mechanical pre-extraction of the capsules before ejection into dispensing cup, as well as a bottle neck centering device to keep the bottles perfectly aligned and stable during the capsule dispensing.

Finally, there is a centralized control panel complete with inverter and PLC.
