The Zoo in Mysore is very special in the way they project the animal details in front of each section. You can find various details like the age of the animal, the life span of the animal, the place from where it is bought, the Scientific name, and many more details.

It's approximately three kilometers tour. You can either take a walking tour or avail of a vehicle.
On the way to take a tour, you can also halt for food after about 1.5 km. You can also find water filters, feeding areas, and places for rest.

Adopting animals is encouraged by the Government of India. For more details contact the office at the entrance.

If you have baggage then you can avail luggage counter at the entrance.

If you are interested in capturing using top-end cameras then you have to buy a ticket for that at the entrance itself.

A parking facility is available opposite the entrance.

Avoid plastic wherever you go and use dustbins for garbage.
